Any company with at least $1M in seed funding and at least 3 closed transactions would be the smallest company we’d work with. We’ve worked with companies as large as publicly traded companies in some form or fashion, but we prefer to work with Seed, Series and and Series B companies.
For early stage companies, we design our compensation to make money when you make money. This allows early stage companies to flip the advantage by preserving precious capital and optimizing operation expenses towards building the platform. We typically charge a percentage of revenue with a combination of equity. We also charge an engagement fee once we have a material sales motion with a qualified customer prospect.
Completely depends upon the engagement. If we are reviewing a plan from an existing company, this can take a few hours and up to a week depending on the requested deliverable. If we are being engaged to enhance and accelerate revenue, our clients see pipeline improvement in 30 days and increased run rate revenue in less than 6 months. If this ASP (Averaging Selling Price) per transaction is lower than $100k, results can come even sooner.
